I have called to cancel my contract 3 times now, every time a different excuse “our lines are busy” “are systems are down”. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The level of customer care is appalling, I once went into the Vodafone store in West field to discuss my phone and was literally shoo’d out. I just want out my contract and nothing to do with Vodafone every again!
