I'm currently in Bulgaria and Vodafone hasn't been working at all lately. I cannot call other people and other people can't call me. Mobile data works fine, altough it is limited because I'm in a foreign country (Instead of 20GB I only get 14). I pay 8€/mo and while the price is acceptable, there are better providers.
