i am currently using redmi 1s and facing a lot of heating prob and battery drainage..!! would suggest you all to not go for diz phone as it will result in wating ur money..!! go for moto E or asus zenfone 4 in the same budget rate which provide better facility and quality..!!

The Redmi 1S that my children is using does not have this issue. Maybe you just need the firmware upgrade to resolve the issue.
