It was a business meeting and we needed to connect different team leaders from different location in the state. We decided to make use of MTN video conferencing feature. It was quite easy to setup and it provided basic video conferencing communication. Although there were some lags, I guess that had to do with the speed of the connection. Being the first time we used it, it was fair, however, we plan to make use of one from another service provider so as to have a basis for comparison.

In all, voice clarity was above average although the video quality was fair.

Your solution saved the day:)

I was wondering whether it`s a feature developed by your local provider or can be found worldwide as particular app?

This was not an app. The service provider has this feature and it is available if you subscribe for it. It is available locally in the country, not available world wide on this ISP.

You can use skype bussiness plan. It gives you  more reliable services than MTN and skype available everywhere in the world, easy to use and cheap.
