Has anybody else had problems with Vodafone when traveling from Australia (particularly to North America) and had their data bill be sky high? My brother traveled to the states and it seems that instagram and other apps kept trying to access the internet and made his bill quite high. 

He didn’t realise until he returned to Australia that it had happened and at 10cents per MB it wasn’t cheap.

Always remember to turn off mobile data when you are traveling especially if you are on a limited plan. This can cost you big time.
