Yakkk! I didn’t think Banglalink could be this much worst. Tried to use their internet package & earned another boooooring experience. I think I should mention their Customer Care behavior. They are just well programmed human, can follow official order but unable to process proper customer satisfaction.

I admit they have the worst customer service I ever seen but don’t forget their other services like cheaper call rate & some special offers in call rate. They also offers bonus & prize point as well as that makes them unique.

I haven’t use banglalink yet but if they provide proper & competitive service definitely I’ll use them. Waiting to read what other will write ….

I have already used banglalink that’s why i know it’s a better communication service. They have offered many types of bonus and prize points. Their internet services something is good but online customer service is the best service is Bangladesh.

I am using Banglalink PLAY package. Good network in my area.
Sometime network drops when it is bad weather around.
They make me disgusting when everyday I get 4-5 message from their customer care.
Overall not bad experience!

Some days before, I lost my phone which one I use Banglalink sim.
I went to nearest customer care in my town. They took my National ID card & FnF No I used on that sim.
They took some charge but back my sim no soon & with enough respect.
Good network in my town but not good like Grameenphone.

why haven’t you mension about their daily disgusting messages?
Daily i get 3-4 messages about 100% recharge offer,popular caller tune set up, Bollywood gossips, cricket allerts & so on.
just they make my finger sick by deleting their messages.
Feeling very bad with this operator.

Feeling very bad with this operator.Luckily, you don`t see such things in Europe! Naturally, there are some news about the new model arriving on my provider, some discounts to accessories and that`s all. I would be pretty annoyed being constantly asked to read gossips

when I first bought Banglalink sim I took Desh Ek Rate package which one has one rate for calling any operator. Now using their PLAY package. There are some question with their network & unusual messages but overall I am simply happy with Banglalink!

What`s the difference between the two plans? I presume with Play, you can get better rates for calling and some internet traffic
