I am a smart phone user living in Lincoln, NE. For the record, I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. My current provider is Sprint and I would like to share my experiences with Sprint in this area and what I have observed from other providers in the area.

My experience with Sprint has had it’s pros and cons. Among the pros are a great price and unlimited data/texting/talking. They have been a pleasure to deal with whenever an issue has arisen and overall, my experience has been very positive. The one downside of Sprint service has been the quality of the coverage. In the city of Lincoln the coverage leaves a lot to be desired. It is certainly enough to get by but when comparing with other cell phone users of a different provider (Verizon), it is clear that Sprint’s coverage in this area is second rate.

That being said, it completely depends on your priorities as a smart phone user. If you value a better price, than Sprint is the one for you, whereas, if you value a complete coverage map and are willing to pay a bit more, then Verizon might be for you. Just thought I would share my experiences with others. Thanks!
