I said in another thread that I use more than one SIM card and I have a phone which I can put two SIM cards at once, it’s really useful but that’s not the point.
The point is that I noticed that INWI company sends lots of text ads at day to my phone which annoying, they send it in French once and in Arabic again, they also send the same text twice a day sometimes and they will resend it again tomorrow until they make a new ad.
I also use INWI internet and sometimes when clicking a link instead of going to the clicked link I end up viewing an internet ad from INWI.
I must say pushing ads on their customers is one the bad things they have currently.

thats pretty much the same here, persistent reminders of advertisements etc – on android you can null things down and turn off notifications from specific numbers as they come in but it takes time, effort and keeping up with it.

yup, same goes for me. spam sms is quite common in the phils together with the customer-service oriented sms reminder if you exceeded your free call/sms for the month, your payment is due and the list goes on.
