My Experience with BSNL, India.

I am using BSNL since 2 years and it has a wide range of advantages and a few disadvanages too. In the advantages part I must project the coverage of BSNL even in remote locations. It has got coverage in almost hill based tourist locations too and this is helping me a lot to be connected while ravelling also.

BSNL is having very less range of VAS facilities available and I is not having much attractive STVs also. His is the main disadvantage of this operator. But any way because of its other features like coverage and internet speed in cities, BSNL is still a benchmark to other operators in India.

My Experience with Tata Docomo, India,

I am using Tata Docomo, since last three years. They have network broblem in remote villege now they are improving their newwork adding new tower in different places.

They are improving in network and yet to be improve in network. Tata Docomo have very good custmber care service as to my knolegde is concern BSNL have poor custmber care service but good network.
