I’m currently with BT and have been for over 2 years, but I’m considering making the switch and changing over to Virgin as I’ve heard better things about them. I’m not too sure if they’re better, which is why I’m asking everyone on Clear Talking. Is Virgin better than BT or should I stick with my current plan on BT?

Depends where you are, in the north of England Blueyonder was by far the best provider they ever and was purchased by (merged with) Virgin Media so I would certainly say they are the better of the two.
