Hey guys, If you are in chennai and have recently bought a BSNL broaband connection, I just wanted to know how much time did they take from filling out the forms to the actual installation of a working connection and were their responses any good in helping you out in this matter?? Because they took a very long time for me.. more than 15 days or so and customer care was also not too helpful..
