iPhone 4s without using the iOS 9 Operating system now most of the applications are not available for the phone. Updating to the latest operating system brings lot of trouble to the phone. What do you people say?

That iOS 9 is an official update from Apple or did you install something from internet?

I fear that taking in accont the age of your iPhone, it became unwanted for Apple, not interested to create updates for the operating system. If I`m not mistaken, I think your model is declared obsolete since last autumn, so I think you should sell it for buyback and get another phone
