Inwi is offering to use Facebook and Whatsapp without internet, all you have to do is to have the applications on your cell phone, and activate this offer by:

-Dial the number: *120# then click on the “call” button.

-Then select “option & Pass”

-Then select “Pass Facebook+Whatsapp”

-Then chose the duration of how long you want to activate it.

And now you have an access to this offer.
