Following the link you provided, I noticed the plans promoted in New Zeeland are almost the same as those in my country. The only difference is that SIM cards don`t restrict that much the use of handsets

You can always purchase a never-locked or dual-sim handset to use it as you wish

Well yes we have that limit and worst thing is that only few handsets are support their cards so not many people like their service.
