Movistar has launched a new pre-paid plan in which most people I have talked to say it costs roughly what they spend per month on recharging or putting minutes on their phone as they spend already (200 Cordobas) . The plan includes internet service and the people I know that have this plan are so far pleased. The internet is fairly quick and reliable. I have not gone this route as I like to use my phone only when needed or wanted and if I travel I prefer to not pay for service I am not using. Just FYI for those looking at options.

Well, it seems in Nicaragua you should have enough free time to use all the benefits included in that offer

The other day Movistar offered a six times offer, Claro offered it the very next day. After putting time on my phone today I received 4 promotions immediately. It is insane how much time and effort these to companies put into trying to out do one another.
