XO Communications located in Los Angeles, California, offers a IP Cloud based PBX solution for businesses and clientele. Their primary service seems to be aimed at those in the United States, but they do offer quotes for world wide clients. No prices are listed on their site, you’ll have to do a quote. Reviews according to Yelp are terrible, averaging 1*. It might be best to stay away from this company unless you can get a contract that’s greatly in your favor.
