Mitel, located in Ontario, Canada offers Hosted PBX solutions both to Canada and world wide. I could not find any entry prices on services, however you can request a custom quote through their website. Reviews are highly recommended according to Voip Info and Voip Reviews, averaging a rating of 5*. From what I’ve read, the company has a very long history in the PBX industry and for a time, produced their own PBX hardware.
