Should I go with orange or with O2 service provider in the UK?
Which has better coverage and which has batter customer service?
I also care about rates but customer service is most important for me.
Each time I travelled to UK, I used Orange, since I have a contract with the local subsidiary in my country, but sometimes the coverage was down. On the other hand, I could use the international minutes and the internet traffic included, without extra charge

I had terible customer service experiences with Orange so I would never recommend them to anyone, I would choose O2 all day. I have had experiences with O2 but it was quite a long time ago, they were really good to me back then, the only reason I switched was because of the price of the contract for the phone I wanted, O2 were more expensive.
I would definitely keep away from Orange though, and I believe they are EE now, so I’m not sure if they have changed much but I’m guessing the same people are involved who dealt with me.
I may have been a one off, but judging by other reviews online I don’t think I was.

O2 everytime for me, they have competitive rates and pretty decent coverage, not the company they used to be. I used to have Orange in fact it was the first network I was ever on but I always found it very quite expensive compared to the others.

Even in my country, comparing with Vodafone or Cosmote, Orange is quite expensive, but it provides more reliable services, at least from my point of view.
It never happened to see the signal down on Orange network, while on some areas the signal was missing in the case of rivals.
I would say O2, ideally Three is probably the best network, but steer clear of Orange, or EE as its now called. I know people who were on Orange / T-Mobile and since its become EE their service has become much more patchy, this is due to them reducing the capacity of the network where there was both Orange and Tmobile transmitters there is now just one, so many people have noticed and complained on facebook about it.

I would personally recommend 02. It was the only network I was ever on throughout my life in the UK. The coverage was always excellent and I never had any network issues, and the pay as you go deal I was on was fantastic and affordable. On the other hand, I knew people on Orange who seemed to always have network issues and have to walk towards a window or door to take their calls!

Orange and O2 are good. But generally, it also depend on the call agent that are serving you on the phone. Customer service is very important for a good customer experience.

Next time I will visit my sister in UK, I will buy a prepaid service from O2 to see how it behaves
It receives such a great feedback here, that it`s impossible to disappoint me
This reduction happens in the case of all fusions, the two brands are willing to reduce the costs, but in the end the customers receive a not very satisfactory service

Pre-paid is good for tourist like us. We do not need to pay the high roaming charges when we have the needs to made important calls. Telcos do a double charge when u made calls from your home mobile. U need to pay your home telco and the roaming telco the charges.

Right, it would be nice if roaming will get even cheaper
I keep calling back home to see whether my dog is fed, my books haven`t fallen from the shelf and so on
