singapore’s people choice for a service provider. i am a starhub user for 8 years and was happy. customer service superb. will provide a more detailed summary later. any reviews or feedback on your end as well?

Some of us will meet with poor customer service. But that is how business are conducted, we win some customers and lose some also.

Personally, I don`t agree with this, probably because in Europe an unhappy customer is the reason why all people involved in customer care service will do anything to solve the situation. Here, one`s customer is his kingLaugh

Naturally, there are customers who can`t be possible satisfied by any provider, but all in all providers are interested in preserving their loyalty

im back costin and i completely aggree with you. customer service is a very critical area for the business market share and profit.
