To be honest, I don’t have  a case or cover on my phone either at the moment!

I personally prefer leather cases, I think they look stylish, and they’ve usually got slots for you to put your cards and some cash in too, which is convenient.

They also cover the phone from all sides, so it gives it that extra protection.

Leather cases are indeed a more reliable option, but in my case they aren`t very comfortable, since I have to answer quickly to my phone, whenever a customer calls and I might have my hands occuppied with some other things, unable to uncover the phone

Plastic cases, protecting only the back of the phone, are helpful, since all I have to do is to press

That’s true, good point, although I think I’ve seen some leather cases that have a little opening for you to be able to see who’s calling and to answer the phone too!

I just did a quick search, and found this

Cool

  Thanks a lot!

I will search for something similar in Europe, it will kill me, if I order one from Australia, the shipping cost can surpass even the value of the accessorySmile

You’re welcome Costin!

That’s so true, a lot of the times the shipping costs just put you off.

I normally get mine sent from England, you could say I’m biased! Laugh

I don’t buy much locally at all, the quality’s just not the same! Cry

I got a new otterbox Commuter on July 19.  It cracked already.  Since they are sending a replacement for free I will continue to use it but not a good sign.

True, but a glamorous case, that doesn`t protect your smartphone is useless.

I’m just not one of those people who will buy something that looks good if there’s even the slight chance it won’t work properly. I want a case that’s going to protect my phone *without* making it a bother to actually retrieve or use it. I keep my phone in my pocket all the time (I’ve wasted way too much time looking for my phone if I’ve set it on a table or something!) I have to be able to pull it out and answer it easily. The idea of having gems or tassels or whatever bulking it up just does not appeal to me. I’m all about efficiency – the last thing I want is cumbersome jewelry cluttering my communication!. But that might just be me. :)

I`m into leather cases as well, but if you are comfortable with plastic, rubber or silicon, it`s also ok

Smartphones tend to get dropped on the floor quite often, so a case as durable as it can be is mandatory
