Hi,

I have Lenovo A328 and I can’t establish connection with video call on 3G network. I don’t have this options.

Does anyone knows some application or on which way I can resolve my problem ?

Thanks in advanced.

Hi, I know sometimes you need to be in a browser that supports video calling. For example, video calling doesn’t work in Edge, but it should in Chrome. You also need to have a strong wireless connection. If that doesn’t work, try downloading a video calling app from the Play Store. Hope that helps.

Video calling needs a strong 3G/4G network to run. Sometimes if your device is not enabled for 3G/4g/LTE it may not work. Also video calling is country dependent. You have to check if video calling is allowed in your country.

Basically, this model is designed for 3G, so it should work properly, something bad occured to its Settings

If you have a dual sim unit, try to establish one sim for internet traffic and the other one for calls and messages. Open an application for chats and see whether the video call starts or not. If it`s ok, you can leave any of the sims with all functions or keep them separately. If it doesn`t work, switch the sims and start again the video call

In the case of the single sim, you should check whether 3G/LTE is selected, maybe this is the cause of the error
