Either you consider it can`t do harm, high volume will affect you on the long-term

For the moment, deafness might not occur, but a tense attitude, you seem not to hear what all people say to you, you get nervous, ask them to repeat

The ideal situation would be to use headphone, only when it`s necessary and to have an average volume
