Hi,
Some users report that Smart Unlock stops working after some time. After some investigation we discovered that the problem is related with other installed apps or specific configurations.

There are some app that may affect to Smart Unlock correct behavior. Here you have some of the detected incompatible applications but there may be more :

Clean Master,
ES Task Manager
SONY Smart Connect
Llama (profile manager)
ACDisplay
Snaplock Locker
Gravity Screen Pro
Airwatch

There are also some power saving profiles/apps that can make smart unlock to stop working, For example HTC battery power saver, or SONY Stamina, If your WiFi or BT connection gets interrupted, you will be request for the pin or pattern unlock in the next screen wake up.

Keep also in mind that Bluetooth Low Energy devices are not supported at all, so make sure you are using a regular Bluetooth.

There are also some corporation security like Exchange policy or Airwatch app that will make Smart Unlock to stop the normal behavior.
