It`s available in my country, but knowing Orange`s corporation marketing, it has to be a good deal on other markets. So, the mini version of SIV is promoted as bargain, but you have to pay a generous contract for two years, featuring limitless minutes and SMS, as well as 3GB of internet traffic

this scheme or marketing strategy of 24months contract exclusivity is common in Asia as well – especially in Philippines and Singapore.  Initial contract for first time customer is free mobile unit and alot of service freebies.  Then for renewal, free unit upgrade and so much more..

It’s common everywhere, i think t-mobile in the USA are about the only ones not doing this but they market towards that concept of going against the grain.
