DU Illogical Charge on Changing SIM | Telecom Consumer Discussion Forums

It so happened one of my friends had to recently change from postpaid to a prepaid SIM. Now anywhere else that would have been an easy process and would not burn a hole in your pockets. 

But with du, i tell you thats not the case. They charged her 200 AED for just changing the type. I wonder if the exorbitant charges are really justified??
