Payment Gateway occasion VTC Pay For official electronic payment directly connected with the Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank), VTC sent to customer incentive programs such as the following:

– From 08/08/2014 to customers online payment by bank account Sacombank on Pay Payment Gateway VTC will be completely free 1,100d fixed fee / transaction.

– Apply the new fee is 0.7% / transaction – fees are 0.4% lower than the previous charge.

I checked this. This is the third party program. You make transaction in this company you will get discount from bank :)

I checked this. This is the third party program. You make transaction in this company you will get discount from bank :)

 

It sounds great, I found the app on Android and iOS

As far as I noticed, there are no reviews from Europe, it seems it`s largely used in Asia. Additionally, I could notice from the reviews that the currencies supported are Asian, nothing said about euro, which is extremely used in this part of the world
