Hi Myself Raju from bangalore. I have been using airtel and vodafone since years. Now a days the major problem that we face is network issue and being a metropolitan city like bangalore these telecom providers who pretend themselves to be the leaders service providers aren't able to provide better coverage with in the city limits. Customer service team is really pathetic who doesnt understand client exact issue and try to pretend as if they could resolve which never happens.

My name is Radhika. First network I used was Airtel. The data speed is quite normal. After Reliance jio was introduced with huge offers I switched over to jio. I had put data plan of Rs. 399 for 84 days. My area is Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district, TamilNadu  State. The data speed is good at starting. Nowadays at sometimes data speed is not satisfactory. My mobile is 3G. So for using jio for calling and internet I bought Jio modem. I need to make call using this modem only. In our area tower is good. So no problem when making calls. But in some areas that means village areas calling is not good. there is a tower problem. Call gets disconnected while making calls to village areas. So jio should steps to clear this problem. Customer service is good compared to Airtel.

Hi I'm from Chennai..I use jio network..399 plan ...earlier I was using Vodafone network..it had poor signal strength in our area..but after changing to jio the situation is much better and it is available at a nominal price..the only thing I dislike about jio is I could only use 1GB per day and after that speed reduces..it would have been better if they don't reduce the speed after 1GB but reduce the speed after the total 28GB.The call quality is good..I never had issues with data speed and quality till that 1GB usage..overall it is a very good network..it's boon for internet lovers

Signal strength is super.

if you living in chennai, tamilnadu it is best to use.

Hi I'm Feroz from Darjeeling. I use Reliance jio and its features are awesome and  I  really thank Reliance company for making such a good Sim JIO . and IT would be more good if its network would be available in the remote places as the people in remote and rural area are now becoming Hi-tech but the network in those areas are too poor. The plans for the Jio sim is good but one thing jio should give back its perday data as 2gb as 1gb 4g network gets over so early . And customer care is all good they respond quickly.

My network- JIO
- I like cost of plan.. it's comparing with other network it's very low cost

- network coverage is good in my area.. but 4g coverage is good. Its a VOLTE network can do 4g voice calls free and cheap rates..

- data limit is very good.. they giving daily 2 GB per 2 months for Rs.509 recharge.

- data speed is good day and night.

-very good customer service..

- over all comparison with other networks, not bad... It's 90/100

Hello I am Imran from Mumbai, I have been using JIO since past 10 months

Like: Rates at which Services are offered

Dislike: Poor Connectivity as compared to Airtel and Vodafone

My other observations with regard to JIO are:

1) Data limit is reasonable, even at 128 kbps Facebook/Twitter/Whatsapp works very well

2) Data Speed while I m outside is very very fast except in some areas, while inside the house the speed lowers down

3) Uptill now I haven't call the Customer Service, therefore can't comment on it

4) As compared to Idea/Airtel/Vodafone JIO gives value for money

5) the JIO apps like JIO TV rocks

Hi my name is rajesh im from HYDERABAD.
I am currently using AIRTEL.
when it comes to net speed I am totally satisfied with airtel.
The rates now became lower compared to others
My plan cost is 349 which is giving me 56GB/28 days with unlimited calling but not messages.
Network coverage is ok,but I cant say the best.
My data limit is 2GB per day.
Data speed is ok when there is full signal.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is some how responsive but cant connect faster.
I found that AIRTEL is slightly better than idea

I am Dino from Cochin, Kerala. My mobile phone carrier is Vodafone.

-The monthly cost of my prepaid plan is Rs 348 for unlimited calling and 1GB internet data per day which I feel is very reasonable.

-Network coverage is pretty good after all,  Vodafone is an international brand.

-Call quality is pretty decent.

-Data limit is 1GB per day and it is sufficient for my needs.

-Data speed is 4G and the downloads and video streaming and web browsing is pretty fast.

-Customer service is quite user friendly.

-Compared to other service providers I am happy with Vodafone and I plan to use it for long.

hello , this is sayani saha from kolkata ,westbengal . i use vodaphone as my mobile carrier . earlier i used tata docomo for about an year but due to its bad network and extremely misbehaved customer desk i abandoned them . i have been using vodaphone on both of my sim cards for 4 years now and i must say that their network is really strong . i use prepaid card and my monthly top ups are rs 333 and i get the full talk time ..such is the plan and i love it .. i also use certain power up plans which reduces my call costs ...it depends on what plan suits me at that moment ans several options are available .. as for internet / data card i use 4g data and every month i get many offers and i accordingly avail the best one .. their 4g speed is really good but sometimes when i enter a cinema hall or pub the speed decreases the as far as the price of data card is considered it is more or less fair as compared with the other leading service providers like airtel .. overall vodaphone is a nice service provider .. their customer service desk is really great and they are literally available 24*7 and they are very helpful and after my bad experience with docomo they seem like angels to me !! i guess vodaphone is one of the largest service providers in india and hence they have several towers all over the country and so the call-quality is pretty impressive .. although at times i get "call -drops" and during festive season these incidents increase .. may be due to the increased traffic ! over all i am happy with my mobile carrier service

Hello! There. I’m Pembe and from HP. I have been using IDEA’S network since last 6 years and yet, there’s no much problem at all. Literally, i’m satisfied with it. Prepaid and postpaid plans are very reasonable, but they lack in provide good offers. Their data packs are also at good cost. Quality of network, cant be much satisfied with this term. Yeah, network coverage is very good, but voice calling over network is not very satisfactory. It lacks in provide high definition voice. Which leads to hearing problem with poor quality audio. Their network covers almost everyplace here with good signal strength.

They provide many data packs, few of them are very amazing at lowest cost. Regular price of data packs are same as compared to other networks.

Bandwidth speed is very good. It almost gives same  as Airtel’s speed. But i love about this network is you can choose any packs and it gives you downloading speed at current network on your mobile. It doesnt see, whether you chose 2g pack or 3g/4g. It provide speed based on current network.

At the last, customer service is literally poor in my own experience.

Overall, the network is best suits me. I can go few years more with it.

But, i’m thinking to switch to JIO. Till, im good with IDEA.

The network is fast and even internet service is good but the price is very high compared to other network carriers like Jio. and Vodafone provides certain offer to only few customers and the rest of the customers end up paying extra money.

1. Cost of the plan : The cost is reasonable for the service which i am getting.

2. Network coverage  : Coverage is very very good all time at any places.

5. Customer service : Service is good. In case of anything to reach, it is easy to contact our customer representative.

Hi ,I am from Hyderabad. I am user of Tata docomo network.I like my network in terms of plans.But the network is not proper when i roam in remote areas or villages.The poor part of this network is it doesn't give 3g  or 4g data which is supported by other networks . Data speed is also not that good. As per call cost it is good , but coming to internet services it is bad compare to other networks like Airtel or Jio.

hi, am toni form cochin, kerala. I have a bsnl network  connection with witch i am fairly satisfied but also at times disappointed.

I currently have a 444 plan which is valid for a period of 90 days and offers me  data of 4gb per day which come to think of it is better than what other service providers like jio ,airtel, vodofone etc are offering  

Now i use a lot of network data daily as am constantly downloading some large files ,torrents etc besides just surfing the net and watching videos on youtube etc, and it is due to this reason that i prefer bsnl .

The downside to this  is that it has no voice benifit network coverage and the speeds offered , bsnl claims to provide a top speed of 2mbps but in reality it is a lot less and the poor coverage on top of that means that unless you're located close to the city your network speeds are gonna be fairly low which isn't a problem to me because my locality receives good coverage but anytime i have to travel this affects me and it's kinda gets  annoying at  times .Then again on the plus side it has in my opinion a better customer service than the like of jio and docomo which helps.

All in all i would recommend bsnl to anyone who need a lot of data but if speed is your priority the its better to go for jio or airtel.

I use Jio reliance network carrier. I use plan of 399 which gives unlimited call and net for 84 day.
Best thing it's quite fast and clear. Data speed of 1-5 MBPS.

Consumer service is very well no any query goes unanswered.
Other services provider are not good and are much expensive.

my name is Aman Poira, I'm from Saket(Delhi). I am using Reliance Jio 4G from the past 4 months. The best part about Jio is that the plans are very cheap and affordable. However, the 4G data fails to keep its promise and provides a speed about 3-6mbps which is not quite good as compared to other telecom providers. The network coverage is very good, i never faced network issues anywhere in Delhi. I am currently using a 3-month plan that costs Rs.399, which gives 1gb data per day and unlimited calling and sms, however, if you don't finish your 1gb quota, the remaining data won't be transferred to next days. Customer service is great in Jio , also the waiting time for calls is less. The call quality is very good and crisp. If you want to stay in a low budget, Jio is the right choice, but if you need better speed and more data, go for Airtel or Vodafone.
