How do i send pictures from my I phone to people without an I phone?

iOS is a closed system which other brands of phones can't access. The easiest way to do about your issue is to install a Photo Transfer app in your iphone, but your friends who have another brand/type of phone also need to install that app to their respective phones so they can get the photos you send.

You cannot use bluetooth obviously.

My solution would be to use an app like Watsapp which allows photos to be shared with ease
