Facebook provides hosting an event option in its app. You can host an event using these steps:
First of all, you need to go to the menu of faebook and then go to Events.
After clicking on events, you need to go to the Hosting tab as shown in below image. At this page, you can create event by clicking on the button of create.
Next page will ask you to enter required details like place, date etc. You need to fill the fields to create an event.
After entering the fields, your event will e created so easily.
