You have to maintain a minimum balance of 100 points in your star points account. Any points available above hundred you can redeem. For example, if you have 120 points balance in your account, then you can redeem only 20 points.
You can redeem star points, or convert to credit in many ways.
You can redeem points via Star Points USSD, the My Dialog app, the Dialog website or the Star Points mobile app available for iOS or Android devices.

Redeem for Dialog Mobile Bill payments
You can use your Star Points for Dialog Mobile bill payments or pre paid top-ups by sending SMS.
- Type star pay <amount to be redeemed> and SMS it to 141

1. At the checkout, choose Star Points redeem option
2. Enter mobile number to get a Pin
3. Enter the PIN number that you received in your mobile and verify
4. After this step, you can redeem your available Star Points
