Following are the instructions on how to change your Spotify Profile picture:
Some conditions must be followed before uploading any image - you cannot use any pictures that violate any copyright, trademark, or personal image rights.
To change your profile picture on Android/iOS mobile phones and tabs:
1. Go to your Spotify app and touch the “Home" icon. Then go to "Settings".
2. Afterwards, touch “View Profile", where you will find all sorts of unique features.
3. After this, touch "Edit Profile" option.
4. Select the “Change Photo” option - you will now be able to choose an image.
5. Pick a picture you wish to use. Ensure it's either a PNG or JPEG. For iOS users, ensure the image size is less than 10mb.
On a PC app:
1. On the top right corner of the PC app, there will be your profile picture.
2. Navigate to your profile picture and click on “Change.”
3. Choose the desired picture. The format should be a JPEG file with size of 4 MB. It shouldn't exceed 4 MB.
It's also possible to get rid of your picture entirely:
On smartphones, follow the same steps as given above, however, instead of adding a picture, tap on “Remove Current Photo”. On a desktop PC too, follow the given instruction. When you click on “Change,” you will be shown the option to remove your picture.
