Why is my Blackberry Z10 not powering up?

My Z10 only works when connected to power source. i have changed batteries yet the problem is still there. what is the solution. it runs on OS 10.2.1

There is a good chance the connections to your battery have gone faulty, sometimes I find the best way to clean them is to use a Q Tip and some rubbing alcohol to clean them up, try this and let us know how it goes!

maybe you have too many apps on the phone or your battery is bad. get a new battery or you need to erase all app and install fresh ones.
