In some cases you can, in some cases you can't. It depends entirely on your service provider and how they operate. Typically speaking with residential accounts, the account is bound to your address, at least where I am it is anyways. If you're running a business and you have multiple subscriptions in different areas then you can most likely conslidate by contacting customer service. You may also be able to do so with residential accounts as well but your results may vary more.
