App Usage: Likes: • If you like shopping on frequent basis the Target app is best for you. It is really helpful if you want to return an item.
• You can earn money just by using the app frequently and it shows you what you buy frequently and that can be added to your favorites.
• You can get the best available prices of products whether shopping online or if you are shopping in store just scan the product through the app and add it to your cart.
• The Wallet feature also uses your bank card (debit or credit) to integrate with your Target account. So if you do not have a Target debit card, you don’t have to worry and you still can get 5% off on every purchase.
• In-app shopping is a great feature if you don’t want to shop in store. The app shows every coupon and offer available and you can choose whether to pickup from store or drive up or ship the item
Dislikes: • User interface of the app is so confusing. There are options like List, Wallet and Cart and then there is a scanner to scan products, scanner is not as big on all screens.
• Sometimes the Target card doesn’t work at in store purchases, sometimes List option doesn’t work too.
• The app doesn’t allow user to select multiple items at once to perform quickly.
• You also have to change delivery type for each individual item you want to purchase.
• The new update removes the feature where they notify you when your favorite item is back in store.
