Likes:

• Safe and secure system of purchasing tickets.
• Updated subway maps to reach your destination timely.
• Easy transfer options and route to your destination.
• You can easily find bike and car shares through this app.
• The real time tracking is amazing.

Dislikes:
• The app is hard to navigate and requires location to function.
• The app crashes in the middle while purchasing tickets.
• The app reset and loose tracking if you tabbed out for a little bit.
• Some bus times shown are not correct
• Your current location is often not exact as it requires strong GPS signals to work.
