Likes:
• Excellent 3D home tours to explore virtually best houses available to buy or rent out.
• Easy to use and user friendly interface offering best quality of pictures and filters.
• You can Save and share your favorite homes with friends and family. You can compare notes on features, you love the most with your family.
• Great customer support by the Zillow team in case you are selling your house as they offer you the best options available.

Dislikes:
• Zillow estimate tool doesn’t calculate the actual value of the house. Houses of exactly same specifications differs in prices which is quite unfair especially if you are a seller.
• The walkability link doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t show the exact details about the nearby places accurately.
• Information update and application status takes a lot of time as compared to other similar apps.
• Many homes show up as available for sale but when you click them they are either pending or sold.
