It comes in rose gold which is new. It's a slight bit thicker, very minimal and hardly noticeable, this due to the 3D touch which adds another layer of options with one more push down of pressure. This function works by pressure and touch, a light press (which Apple calls a "peak") brings a set of options and a harder press (called a "pop") brings another set of options. 3D touch also allows "quick look" where you can press harder than usual on an icon and get a shortcut to information regarding that particular app. I find that I use this feature quite often and have enjoyed seeing what 3rd party app developers have done with it to advance their own programs. he phone was a little on the expensive side in my opinion but, thankfully holds its value quite well. The new larger phone is hard to manage with just one hand and I found that I was often using it with two hands making it more of a "phablet" than a phone.  Although, this was fine with me as watching video and web-browsing was substantially better with the larger screen.

The front-facing camera is now bigger and better but, disappointingly, still no actual flash.  There is however a flash built into the display which is new. This means that the display lights up instead of an actual flash. A bit disappointing as I was looking forward to having an actual front-facing flash. It offers 4k video capabilities but with such small video storage, it strikes me as sort of a double-edged sword. Live photos were also added which is neat but also a bit annoying at times when you do not intend to use it and it defaults to it anyways. Overall, it was a good purchase. I bought this for my daughter and spent about 2 weeks playing with it before handing it over. A solid choice and another great phone by Apple.

The battery life I noticed was not great, something my teenage daughter now complains about often. It seems watching videos or recording videos really eats through battery life quickly.  I used the phone primarily for talking, texting, and web browsing and found that the battery life was fair-good for that kind of use. However, it seems to last about half as long when used to more demanding tasks.  I found that web surfing was quick and worked well with chrome which I appreciate.

It has improved its speed and better cameras and pressure-sensitive 3D touch display compared to last year's 6 Plus. And it has better battery life, a bigger higher resolution screen, and optical image stabilization for photos and video that can make a difference. It  has a few key advantages that give it an edge for serious iPhone users, but its big body still may not fit for a lot of people. Overall I am very satisfied with this.  I would high recommend this device.
