- Cost of the plan  -  Mobitel is my plan

- Network coverage  - Some areas have some issues specially in rainy days, overall quite good though

- Data limit  - More data for less money

- Data speed  - Not bad

- Customer service  - actually quite good customer service

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region -  when comparing to the dialog carrier , mobitel is the best

HI There,
i put up in Kuliyapitiya srilanka and i use dialog for both  voice and data.
the cost of data packages are very reasonable
dialog covers network signal in every inch in srilanka which is not a problem at all.
examples:- for lkr 99.00 we get 500mb
we have Available 4g in our region, speed is no longer a concern
customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone
when comparing with other networs dialog is few steps ahead.

Hello everyone. I'm from Homagama. I use airtel for both voice and data. Imust say I'm really happy with their services.
-The cost of data packages are reasonable and affordable to everyone including me in my area.
-The network coverage is also fantastic even when I'm travelling for long distances away from home.
-I'm little bit hesitate to say about the data limits. actually those are not really good when comparing other services.
-When considering the speed, my network is number one. It really did not holds me up.
-Customer service is also can be satisfied.
-Yes I can say faithfully my carrier is the best when comparing to other network services.

I'm from kaduwela. I'm a dialog user. The cost is bit high.the network coverage is good. Data limit and speed is also satisfactory. Customer services are also satisfactory. Dialog is better than other mobile service providers in Sri Lanka.

i am negombo using airtel

-Cost of the plan  - normally ok
- Network coverage  -perfect
- Data limit  - Not enough
- Data speed  -very well
- Customer service  - Exellent

i'm living in mawanella and using dialog sim card , very low coverage and data cost are hight when im looking with etisalate.costomore service allways busy cant connect  wtih them.

I’m living in Homagama.My data network is Airtel though the data cost is little bit higher than the other networks speed is marvelous.network coverage is adequate around the Sri Lanka.No specific data limit we can choose any data plan according to our budget.Customer service is satisfactory and very helpful.Comparing to the other network providers it is better I think

i'm living in marawilla and i'm using mobitel. so 

good network coverage

excellent call quality, 

good data speed 

data limitation need to improvement when comparing to others network,

in my area most of them using dialog so mobitel should be build  their environment competitive,

friendly and helpful customer service 

but in some area such as  little far from  marawilla have poor signal for internet.

I'm from ratnapura Srilanka and I have been using Mobitel prepaid connection for my personal use for more than 10 years. here are advantages of my connection

very cheap on my local call cost

network coverage available in most of areas

data limit is not enough

but data speed is very high

customer service is average

mobitel is not the best in Srilanka, but better at all

I'm from ratnapura Srilanka and I have been using Mobitel prepaid connection for my personal cellphone carrier. however I am very like this connection. below is some ratings,

very low charges on my calls
coverage available in many areas
but data limit is fair
data speed is very high
above normal quality of customer service
but Mobitel is not best connection but it better at all

cost of the plan - my plan is dialog perpaid and it's little bit higher than other plans.

network coverage - great coverage

data limit - there's many data packages to choose, there's a time based unlimited package too.

data speed - i'm currently getting 24Mbps average speed, witch is lot better than other networks.

customer service - not bad

i live in kotte, i have coverage for all networks, but i choose dialog because of speed.

i am using dialog as my main carrier. i am from galle yakkalamulla.as the dialog was the first one to cover our area with 3g  i was very happy to a customer of dialog.

they have several plans to select currently i am a prepaid user

they have provided our area with 4g service and quite good 4g packages

according to my idea their customer service is also very good and fluent in what they do

My data plan cost Rs 290.Call quality is good.Network coverage is fine.Data limit can be extended not limited.Data speed is okay.Customer service also can be satisfied relating other Cell phone carriers in our region.

I live in Bandarawela  and I'm using dialog prepaid package.it is the best coverage in Sri Lanka.Sometimes data speed is not satisfied because very slow than other prepaid sims.In dialog customer service is very good an its very useful. Data plans are available from Rs.3.I like very much dialog prepaid connection.

Cost of the plan, network coverage and call quality is great when comparing with other cell phone carriers.  I'm happy with their data limit. I think they are providing more data for low cost. Data speed and customer services are okay. They are providing a very good customer service.

I live in Kurunegala and I use Dialog 4G

- Cost of the plan - Around 1500 Rupees without tax

- Network coverage - Network coverage is very good

- Data limit - Data limit looks ok to me 25 GB at night and 25 GB at day time

- Data speed - Speed is very good as it is 4G

- Customer service - Customer service also good

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in my region, the data amount given compared to price is good
