- Cost of the plan  -  Mobitel is my plan

- Network coverage  - Some areas have some issues specially in rainy days, overall quite good though

- Data limit  - More data for less money

- Data speed  - Not bad

- Customer service  - actually quite good customer service

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region -  when comparing to the dialog carrier , mobitel is the best

HI There,
i put up in Kuliyapitiya srilanka and i use dialog for both  voice and data.
the cost of data packages are very reasonable
dialog covers network signal in every inch in srilanka which is not a problem at all.
examples:- for lkr 99.00 we get 500mb
we have Available 4g in our region, speed is no longer a concern
customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone
when comparing with other networs dialog is few steps ahead.

Hello everyone. I'm from Homagama. I use airtel for both voice and data. Imust say I'm really happy with their services.
-The cost of data packages are reasonable and affordable to everyone including me in my area.
-The network coverage is also fantastic even when I'm travelling for long distances away from home.
-I'm little bit hesitate to say about the data limits. actually those are not really good when comparing other services.
-When considering the speed, my network is number one. It really did not holds me up.
-Customer service is also can be satisfied.
-Yes I can say faithfully my carrier is the best when comparing to other network services.

I'm from Matugama area.
I am using Dialog Network. very expencive voice and specialy data rates.
Iam not like to use this, but other have't good coverage.

I think Hutch and other network good than Dialog.

I live in Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. Im using dialog prepaid package. It's little bit high than other plans.

Network coverage  - very high than other networks.

- Data limit  - there are lot of data plans. We like those. we can use suitable data plan.

- Data speed  - it has very fastest data speed than others.

- Customer service  - It is great. Very help full.

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region - it's better more than other networks

My plan is mobitel
It is cheap than to other networks coz i only calling to mobitel numbers using this.
Most of area in sri lanka, coverage is good.
No suitable good data plans. data cost high
Data speed is ok.
customer service very poor.
Compare to other cell phone carriers - mobitel not good for data. ok for voice.

My plan is mobitel. I’m from moratuwa.
It is cheap than other networks, because I use Mobitel more than 10 years & they have given cheap rate within the network.

Most of area in sri lanka, coverage is good.
No suitable good data plans. Data price very high.
Data speed is ok.
Customer service is very poor.
Comparing to other networks, Mobitel is good ok.

I am from Matale and i am using Dialog. My data Plan is Rs 299.00 .The Speed is good and coverage is also very good. The customer service is not better compare to the other service providers. If the data plan is over i can extended it according to my requirement. By comparing other services I think Dialog is Better.

I live in Bandarawela and i'm using Dialog as my cell phone carrier. Cost of the plan, network coverage and call quality is great when comparing with other cell phone carriers. ultra speed 4.5G available. But i feel kind a disappoint about their data limit. I think other cell phone carriers providing more data for low cost. Data speed and customer services are okay for now.

I like Dialog service provider in my city witch is Anuradhapura. Cost of the plans are too much expensive.The network coverage is good.we have signal in any time.data speed is also the same.very spreed.we can use unlimited data in 2hr time based data plan.Customer service  is good an very friendly.according to the other service provider dialoh has best spreed but too expensive costs.

My city is Anuradhapura.I use Dialog.It's data plans are much expensive but signal coverage is OK.most good data package is 3 gb night time data package.It's RS 95 ONLY.....good service more than other service providers.

 Cost of the plan  - My Plan is Mobitel & it is 
Lower than other Plans.

- Network coverage  - Some areas have some issue, but totally good this.

- Data limit  - There are more data plans & it is good for us. we can use suitable data plan for us.

- Data speed  - It is poor. More time network errors &  our mobile battery also deny due this problem.

- Customer service  - It is good. Very help full.

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region - This is good more than other networks.

I am a dialog user. I love the data speed of dialog but the drawback is that it contains packages like day/night mb. This is really uneasy for clients like me. But the coverage is fine and the costs are quite expensive. Such as 25GB package router is 1800 monnthly. Howevr, SLT offers cheaper router data packages with 4g speed

according to my choice Mobitel is the best service provider also currently I use it.It is not very expensive but has good signal coverage to my city anuradhapura. data packages are also cheep. very spreed download and upload spreed.good than other service in cost.
