- Cost of the plan  -  Mobitel is my plan

- Network coverage  - Some areas have some issues specially in rainy days, overall quite good though

- Data limit  - More data for less money

- Data speed  - Not bad

- Customer service  - actually quite good customer service

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region -  when comparing to the dialog carrier , mobitel is the best

HI There,
i put up in Kuliyapitiya srilanka and i use dialog for both  voice and data.
the cost of data packages are very reasonable
dialog covers network signal in every inch in srilanka which is not a problem at all.
examples:- for lkr 99.00 we get 500mb
we have Available 4g in our region, speed is no longer a concern
customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone
when comparing with other networs dialog is few steps ahead.

Hello everyone. I'm from Homagama. I use airtel for both voice and data. Imust say I'm really happy with their services.
-The cost of data packages are reasonable and affordable to everyone including me in my area.
-The network coverage is also fantastic even when I'm travelling for long distances away from home.
-I'm little bit hesitate to say about the data limits. actually those are not really good when comparing other services.
-When considering the speed, my network is number one. It really did not holds me up.
-Customer service is also can be satisfied.
-Yes I can say faithfully my carrier is the best when comparing to other network services.

I m in kegalle and using Dialog, cost and coverage is normal but data speed is very good when comparing to other connections. Customer service is poor. quality is not good.

I m In Kandy and im using dialog prepaid package ,coverage is very high and also cost is equity, data speed is very high than other networks

My mobile carrier is Mobitel.It is one of the best mobile network in Sri Lanka.I live in Ambalantota.

The  cost of plan is very good for any people.They provide us good cost effective data plans and other packages.

Network coverage in my area is at a good point but i know some areas still have not good signal coverage.

They give us more data for cheap price.and also their internet speed is very fast than others.

Comparing to other carriers Mobitel is the best mobile network in Srilanka.They gives us very good customer service too.Their service is more valuable to us.

I live in Minuwangoda. I'm using Dialog as my cell phone service provider. I use prepaid connection. Network coverage and call quality is good when comparing with other cell phone service providers. I think other cell phone service providers provide more data for low cost. Data speed and Customer service are good.  But I feel kind a disappoint about their data limit. I think other cell phone carriers providing more data for low cost.

Cost of the plan  - My Plan is Dialog & it is
Higher cost for messages and data.

- Network coverage  - totally good  network  coverage compair with other networks

- Data limit  - There are more data plans & it is good for us. we can use suitable data plan for us.

- Data speed  - Exellent

- Customer service  - It is good. Very help full.

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region - This is good more than other networks.

My Area is Kinniya (Trincomalee)

I'm using Airtel prepaid package

We can make calls in low cost A-A   Rs 0.01/s.    A-Other networks also at low cost

A very good vast coverage is always available

Amount of data is good & also can get talk time with the data

Really a faster data transaction

good customer service

most of the people are using Airtel than other networks in my area

Cost Of Plan - I'm using a prepaid plain and its very much cost effective for me

Call Quality - High Quality Calling experience

Network Coverage - Full Network Coverage available 

Data Limit - There is no such data limit as they give us different plans

Data Speed - 1mbps to 3 mbps at  peak hours.  3mbps - 5mbps at off-peak hours.

Customer Service -  Excellent service than other provider which they have in all 365 days

I am from Mawanella. And I am using Dialog Network.

The plan costs are comparatively cheaper to other networks.

Big problem with network coverage for 3g networks!! complained many times but no response.

Data Limits are favourable but the Data speed is very slow due low coverage.

Customer service is good.

I am living in Nugegoda. My cell phone carrier is Airtel. It's very good when  we compare with other brands. cost of the plan is good for me. Data limit is superb than other networks. coverage is also good. Call quality is similar to other networks. sometimes data speed is little bit slow. customer service is great. only problem is internet speed little bit slower than it used to be. but Airtel is better than other networks in my opinion.

I use hutch as my cell phone carrier and I live in Habarana.

I like hutch because their low price data plans and low cost for calls and text messages.but when it comes to coverage it is pretty bad.when its lightning the signal die.also when traveling it happens too.data speed is slightly good.when it comparing with other cell phone carriers hutch is bad I guess.

I'm using Dialog in Kadigamuwa area. It has the most coverage than other networks. Cost also cheaper than others. Mobile data charges and spped is better. It has the best speed of data. They have 24 hour customer service. So I prefer Dialog as the best mobile service operator in Srilanka.

My plan is Dialog . My area is Matara.which has great coverage than other operators most area covered by 3G & 4G . They have different data plans. some are very cheaper than others. but their data speed is different in different areas. overall it is good network. Customer service is Not bad but not excellent.

- Cost of the plan  charges are fair comparing with other plans.

- Network coverage  coverage is not very good but okey.

- Data limit  have a good data limit but it would be great if they can allocate more day time data

- Data speed  speed is great

- Customer service  good customer service.
