- Cost of the plan  -  Mobitel is my plan

- Network coverage  - Some areas have some issues specially in rainy days, overall quite good though

- Data limit  - More data for less money

- Data speed  - Not bad

- Customer service  - actually quite good customer service

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region -  when comparing to the dialog carrier , mobitel is the best

HI There,
i put up in Kuliyapitiya srilanka and i use dialog for both  voice and data.
the cost of data packages are very reasonable
dialog covers network signal in every inch in srilanka which is not a problem at all.
examples:- for lkr 99.00 we get 500mb
we have Available 4g in our region, speed is no longer a concern
customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone
when comparing with other networs dialog is few steps ahead.

Hello everyone. I'm from Homagama. I use airtel for both voice and data. Imust say I'm really happy with their services.
-The cost of data packages are reasonable and affordable to everyone including me in my area.
-The network coverage is also fantastic even when I'm travelling for long distances away from home.
-I'm little bit hesitate to say about the data limits. actually those are not really good when comparing other services.
-When considering the speed, my network is number one. It really did not holds me up.
-Customer service is also can be satisfied.
-Yes I can say faithfully my carrier is the best when comparing to other network services.

My plan is mobitel

cost - it has some disadvantages in cost section because it has no cheap data plans

network coverage - coverage is ok in most areas except in hill country

data limit - data limit is very disappointing for some packages eg; pocket internet plans

data speed - i have 4G in my home town area and speed is very good

customer service - very good customer service but they limit monthly calls for 2 for customer support

compared with other carriers i think mobitel is good in speed and coverage but very bad in data limit and packages aspect

I live in avissawella and i am using mobitel. When compare other networks it is cheaper for me. I am satisfied with data limit and speed. But i have some problems with data coverage in my working place  ward 02 base hospital avissawella.dialogue has better network coverage at hospital avissawella . I am really happy regarding mobitel customer service compare with other networks.

Hi there,

I'm from Kaluatra - Sri Lanka and I'm using both Dialog and Mobitel.

Cost of plan - Startup cost is almost same on both carriers but they have different packages at different prices.

Network coverage - This is also same on both carriers at most of the time in here at Kalutara. But when it's come to 3G or 4G coverage,  I have got better reception on Mobitel.

Data limit - In this segment, Mobitel scores more then Dialog. Mobitel has more data limit than dialog in most of their data packages.

Data speed -  I have mentioned it above.

Customer service - In here, Dialog scores than Mobitel. As per my experience, Dialog agents are aware of most of their new stuff than Mobitel.

i m from ja ela and im using dialog as cellphone carrier. its cost me around 1000 per month for 99 data plans. network coverage better in my area. data limit is not enough becouse hutch , etsalate and some of  data plans have more data than dialog. speed is ok but im not satisfied about dialog customer service. it shuld be improve.call and sms services are good in dialog.

i'm shehan. im in galle. i use dialog as the network provider. i used dialog for both voice call and data.usually dialog signal coverage very well than other company.

Dialog data cost also reasonable and speed of the network also satisfied.

dialog customer service is good than other company.but some times we have to wait long time but can satisfied.

After all this i think for sri lanka most convenient net work provider is dialog.

My plan is mobitel and i am from avissawella. Cost of plan is less compare with other cell phone providers. Network coverage is good some areas, but should be more improved in some areas around avissawella. Data limit and speed is relatively good compared with others. Customer care should be more improved when compare with others.
