HI There,
i put up in Kuliyapitiya srilanka and i use dialog for both  voice and data.
the cost of data packages are very reasonable
dialog covers network signal in every inch in srilanka which is not a problem at all.
examples:- for lkr 99.00 we get 500mb
we have Available 4g in our region, speed is no longer a concern
customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone
when comparing with other networs dialog is few steps ahead.

Hello everyone. I'm from Homagama. I use airtel for both voice and data. Imust say I'm really happy with their services.
-The cost of data packages are reasonable and affordable to everyone including me in my area.
-The network coverage is also fantastic even when I'm travelling for long distances away from home.
-I'm little bit hesitate to say about the data limits. actually those are not really good when comparing other services.
-When considering the speed, my network is number one. It really did not holds me up.
-Customer service is also can be satisfied.
-Yes I can say faithfully my carrier is the best when comparing to other network services.

Hello friends! I'm from Negombo. I use Mobite for voice and data. The cost of data packages are very cheap.(3RS/24RS/29RS/.....).Network coverage is better  than other network services. we can satisfied about it. Data limit is actually very good at all. We have 4g connection and it is very useful to do our work very easily because it is very speed. Customer service we can also satisfied and it is better than other customer services. I can say Mobitel is the best network service in Sri Lanka when compering Dialog, Airtel, Etisalat, Hutch.

I am living in Avissawella.

My cell phone carrier name is Dialog.

Actually, cost of the plan is good for me.

Call quality is exelant.

Network coverage is surperb.

Data limit is not bad when we compare with other networks.

Also Data speed surperb.

Customer service is very good.They give us a good service.

When we comparing to other cell phone carriers in Our region I can say Dialog is the best network I have ever used.

My mobile data plan is "Mobitel". I have used this since 2008, and no much bad experience such as other mobile carriers.

My home town is Athurugiya and most probably I'm using my package in Colombo suburbs area. I know Mobitel has island-wide coverage and offer so many facilities with the combination of SLT the main fixed phone line provider in Sri Lanka.

Cost of the plan is fair and competitive with others. Respect the senior citizens in the country and provide good facilities.

Sometimes the connection breaks and lagging but not faced many difficulties.

Data speed and limit can be satisfied. More options to select, I happy on that.

Customer service is satisfied. But, sometimes have to wait much more.

I think Mobitel is the best when comparing with other mobile carriers.

Hi I'm from horana. I use dialog for data.
I used 949.00 data package per month.
I think dialog network coverage is the best network coverage than other networks.
Data limit is depend on using data package.
Data speed is actually good.
Customer services not bad.
I think dialog is the most powerful and useful network in our country.

Hello there,

I'm from Randiwala at Mawanella.I used dialog for my voice calls and SMS and Mobitel for my data.

I used whats app and viber for daily works and rarely used dialog for voice calls.

I satisfied mobitel data plan costs and dialog call cost and call quality.but I don't satisfied about their coverage.but I rarely used dialog time base data packages.

I really hate mobitel custom service.but I satisfied about dialog.

however I thing Dialog and Mobitel cell phone carriers are better than others.

I'm living at matara district in southern province, also i'm using dialog mobile number. 

Dialog have a good signal strength. Before few month we got a 4g network. I'm using dialog for my data and calls. I'm not use another network.

I have good data speed. also clearly voice call.

but dialog need to reduce the data charges and call charges. actually we pay a lot of money for the data. so dialog must reduce data charges before we change our network to other

dialog customer care is good. they will reply for our question in 24 hours. but some time it will be in 5 min. good 

dialog has a good speed. bad data limit also it has a good customer service . when i checked with other network. dialog is good. but they must reduce their data charges.

I use Mobitel. Their cost is fair. They cover almost all provinces islandwide with a good signal reception. They provide a wide range of data limits for affordable prices. The speed is somewhat slow when compared to other leading Service Providers like Dialog. Although they have a very friendly customer service, it needs to be improved because I had to make two phone calls to get some settings installed. When compared with Dialog, the charges are very fair in Mobitel. But the speed should be improved in Mobitel because it is really slow when compared with not only Dialog but also other countries like India.

Mobitel is my cell phone carrier.

I'm from kadawatha.

-Cost of the plan is quit good.

-Full network coverage at all.

-Moderate data limit.

-Good speed for a 3G connection. have not tested on 4G

-Happy with the customer service. but not fully satisfied.

-Compared to other carriers i'm happy with the mobitel. specially the netowork coverage.

I Live in Negombo and Dialog is my cell phone carrier and i have been using it ever since i started using a cell phone and when talking about the services and facilties it offers i am very much satisfied with my cell phone carrier where the cost is fare when compared to other carriers and the speed is very fast as coverage is high in srilanka and i must say IDD rooming is really excellent ,customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone but overall the services provided are very much satisfiying.

I use Dialog and I'm from the city of Galle. The cost of the carrier is reasonable on par with all other carriers in my area. The reception is actually quite strong. I've never been out of range in my area. I like it about dialog. almost all other carriers except for Mobitel doesn't give such  widespread coverage. The call quality is also very good. No drops or static in calls. The 3G data speed is okay giving around 5 Mbps and 4G data speed is exceptional giving about 60Mbps at times. no other carrier in the area gives such high speeds in a reliable manner. the data cost is too much though. my plan has only 1GB per month which is very very low. Anyway their customer service is good and friendly.

hi im supun im using mobitel for now. becoz dialog gotta pretty fine speed and 4g network. and also call quality is good enough network coverage is fine in any place of sri lanka custormer service is good i think its better than dialog
