- Cost of the plan  -  Mobitel is my plan

- Network coverage  - Some areas have some issues specially in rainy days, overall quite good though

- Data limit  - More data for less money

- Data speed  - Not bad

- Customer service  - actually quite good customer service

- Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region -  when comparing to the dialog carrier , mobitel is the best

HI There,
i put up in Kuliyapitiya srilanka and i use dialog for both  voice and data.
the cost of data packages are very reasonable
dialog covers network signal in every inch in srilanka which is not a problem at all.
examples:- for lkr 99.00 we get 500mb
we have Available 4g in our region, speed is no longer a concern
customer care services are good but it will takes hours to catch up a agent sometimes over the phone
when comparing with other networs dialog is few steps ahead.

Hello everyone. I'm from Homagama. I use airtel for both voice and data. Imust say I'm really happy with their services.
-The cost of data packages are reasonable and affordable to everyone including me in my area.
-The network coverage is also fantastic even when I'm travelling for long distances away from home.
-I'm little bit hesitate to say about the data limits. actually those are not really good when comparing other services.
-When considering the speed, my network is number one. It really did not holds me up.
-Customer service is also can be satisfied.
-Yes I can say faithfully my carrier is the best when comparing to other network services.

i live in kurunegala...my cell phone in dialog....i am very satisfied with my cellphone....Best wireless career in sri lanka
