you can see when someone is online or not.
To turn off this feature just follow my instructions...
first of all open your Instagram profile and click on top right option like this to open settings.
now scroll down for further options.
now turn off status "Show Activity Status" like this
now no one can see when you were online.... enjoy privacy.....
