Hi Myself Raju from bangalore. I have been using airtel and vodafone since years. Now a days the major problem that we face is network issue and being a metropolitan city like bangalore these telecom providers who pretend themselves to be the leaders service providers aren't able to provide better coverage with in the city limits. Customer service team is really pathetic who doesnt understand client exact issue and try to pretend as if they could resolve which never happens.

My name is Radhika. First network I used was Airtel. The data speed is quite normal. After Reliance jio was introduced with huge offers I switched over to jio. I had put data plan of Rs. 399 for 84 days. My area is Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district, TamilNadu  State. The data speed is good at starting. Nowadays at sometimes data speed is not satisfactory. My mobile is 3G. So for using jio for calling and internet I bought Jio modem. I need to make call using this modem only. In our area tower is good. So no problem when making calls. But in some areas that means village areas calling is not good. there is a tower problem. Call gets disconnected while making calls to village areas. So jio should steps to clear this problem. Customer service is good compared to Airtel.

Hi I'm from Chennai..I use jio network..399 plan ...earlier I was using Vodafone network..it had poor signal strength in our area..but after changing to jio the situation is much better and it is available at a nominal price..the only thing I dislike about jio is I could only use 1GB per day and after that speed reduces..it would have been better if they don't reduce the speed after 1GB but reduce the speed after the total 28GB.The call quality is good..I never had issues with data speed and quality till that 1GB usage..overall it is a very good network..it's boon for internet lovers

I live in Thodupuzha(Kerala), India. I am an 4G Idea user. Usually I use 250rs for one month unlimited validity talktime.  As promised by the company I will rate there coverage 4/5 whereas am not satisfied with data limit and customer service. They won't clearly respond to customers properly and no proper messages will be displayed when network data is about to finish. Compared to other networks they stand average overall.

hi , i am from rajpura,Punjab , I am using tata docomo and bsnl, Docomo is okay network ,,it has a problem that signal strength at certain areas is very weak. 3G also does not provide good speed. i am using broadband connection of bsnl . Its plan cost is 675/- , Call quality of docomo is quite good network customer service is also good they respond in best way , comparing to other networks ,problems are its network and internet service.

Hi. My name is Kisalaya. I live in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I use Airtel as my network provider. My current plan is postpaid 590 monthly plan which is quite affordable. The plan gives me 1 gb 4g data per day which I like. Network works well in the city but does not perform well when i am on move like while travelling in local trains. Hence data speed is very low in the local trains. Customer service is very good. Moreover, while it has data connectivity issue but compared to other telecom service providers, Airtel is the best in my view and that is why I have been using Airtel network for the past 12 years without having switched to any other telecom service provider.

I am using Jio and Tata Docomo in Hyderabad/Telangana State region. And here are my likes and dislikes with these carriers.

Cost of Plan - No doubt Jio has brought a revolution in phone carrier industry by providing all the features in just 399 rupees. It has bound other companies to lower down their rates also. But Tata Docomo doesn't seem interested in competing at all as they are still offering the same plan and top-ups.

Network Coverage - In Hyderabad, all networks are working excellent including mine.

Data limit - As I told in my previous point, Jio has no limit but yes, speed decreased after 1 GB 4g internet per day. Tata Docomo is still not offering 3g/4g so I never opted for data there.

Data speed - Jio has 4g and Docomo has 2g

Customer Service - Jio has worst customer service as they know they have nearly zero competition. Docomo's customer service is excellent.

Compare to other cell phone networks - I would say Airtel can be a great competitor for Jio but it would take time.

I am Antony from Thrissur, Kerala. I am currently using a Jio Network Sim. The Plan I am currently using 399 plan. The network coverage is pretty good. The Data limit is unlimited, with 4g speed upto 1gb per day and post 1gb it gets really slow. That is the disadvantage I find. Customer service is very prompt. Compared to other service providers I find Jio to be extremely good.

I am Shubham and I live in Delhi and I am currently using Reliance Jio. I like the affordable plan it offers, be it for data or voice. I dislike that sometimes the internet connection becomes unavailable and at times there is no network connection. For the unlimited plan, the data speed is 4G. And if there is capping then the speed comes down to 128 kbps, otherwise the data speed is satisfactory. The customer service is also responsive with resolution on time. But in my area comparably, Airtel works better but is more expensive.

Iam Mukundanunni from Kollam,Kerala. I am using Reliance JIO as my cell phone Carrier.I uses the unlimited data plan for 3 months @ just 399 rupees.It Has a 4g speed up to 8 Mbps with date limit 1 GB per day.And this plan also provide unlimited calls for 3 months and 100 sms per day.After reaching the limit the speed is reduced to 128 Kbps.It is a very big problem.In major of the places it has a good network Coverage.Some rural places have no coverage.But the Customer Service is very busy most of the time.It is the main problem I faced using JIO. Comparing to other phone Carriers JIO is good for using Internet and it has good call Quality.Cost is less.So JIO is good for me Comparing to other Carriers

I am living in tirupur , tamilnadu, India. I am using airtel for the past 5 years.i am happy with my network carrier. i pay 455 every month. I get 1 GB 4g per day for 3 months.But In Jio On Recharge Of 399 I Get 3 Months Of Unlimited Voice+Data . But  I prefer airtel for its speed and wide coverage network.Worth spending money.You must pay for your calls separately. Jio is cheap but airtel is a bit costly but it kepps up its good quality. It is also known  as best for its excellent  customer service.

Hello I am TOHID AHMAD FORM Uttar Pradesh I using reliance jio as my cell phone and I am having a good unlimited data and talk time for 56 days @just509.It's data speed is 3-5mbps and its data limit is 2 GB per day. But its customer services are very good as they are very nice. Network coverage is good but at some places, it didn’t connect. But comparing to others it is best.

I am living in Bangalore, Karnataka and using Tata Docomo as my cell phone carrier. The plans of Tata Docomo are quiet expensive and they do have special packs for messages, messages can be quiet expensive if you do not have a special message pack. It will cost you one rupee for every message sent, irrespective of the length of the message. The call quality is very good, and you can get network even in the remotest parts of Bangalore, I have never faced any network issues. Comparing it with other service providers like Airtel and Idea, I think the data limit and data usage of this cell phone carrier are set at competitive prices. However, it is no way close to Reliance Jio which is better in all aspects including speed, data usage, and data limits. I do not have any experience with customer service of Tata Docomo since I never got the opportunity to interact with them, this is obviously because I faced no issues with this service provider.

I am Johnathan from Mangalore. I am using Vodafone mobile service from last few years. Vodafone has recently launched very good data and voice plans compared to other mobile services. They are also offering free call facilities. The competition is hign. Data speed is 4G in my area. No interruption in service. Their customer service is also good and I am satisfied with their service. I am having coverage issues with Airtel and Idea network at my region at the moment.

I am from Mysore, Karnataka. I am currently using Airtel as my service provider. These days they are providing multiple offers for talk time and data hence I am satisfied with the data and talk time plans. Network quality and call quality are good compared to other service providers in our area. I am using 4G data plan hence speed is good it should have been really good if they provide options to carry forward the left out data to next month. I am not satisfied with their customer service. Whenever I needed any information I never got the complete details in one shot. I feel other carriers give more importance to customer service than Airtel in our region.

I am Tilak from Aligarh ,Uttar Pradesh. I have been using Airtel network for past nine years. So far i am very satisfied with Airtel. As you know Airtel was the first ever private network launched in india,so it's obvious that they have excellent wide network coverage all over india including small villages. I would summarize my experiannce point wise.

1. Cost: If you consider cost of plan for both call and internet its slightly costly but its worth it,as I never had call drop or disconnection problem. To compete with Jio airtel offered very lucrative plan for a short time,but now the rates have gone up. I usually recharge with Rs 244 plan which give me 3g/4g for 70 days and airtel to airtel call free for the same time period.

2. Call quality: Quality of call is excellent throughout,even at remote villages, i have witnessed people having no service at remote places but airtel surprises me as i am always connected to network. Although voice quality sometimes drops at far away remote villages.

3. Network Coverage:  As i have already mentioned,airtel bieng oldest network provider in india has improved there network capability to all over india over a period of time. This is the prime reason why people are willing to pay a little more for Airtel, They get wide network coverage all over india. Roaming charges for airtel is slightly more than other networks but its worth it.

4.Data Limit: Airtel provide daily cap of 1 Gb/day of 3g/4g data after which speed significantly goes down,but still maneageble . 1 Gb data is enough for everyday use ,if you are not going for heavy downloading.

5. Data Speed: As far as data speed is concerned airtel network frequently keep jumping from 4G to 3G,(which is common with other networks as well)but provides decent speed. Very rarely speed goes down drastically but it seems like whenever you start downloading big files,airtel delibratly decreases the speed. After 11 Pm speed is amazing,it goes upto 2 MB/s.

6.Customer Service: Airtel falls short in this department. It seems like thier customer service consist of IVR options,most of which are useless. IVR is very confusing and it seems like airtel delibratly  dont want you to talk to rep. You can only talk to rep if you can get past  highly irritating and frustrating IVR.

So comparing with other networks i would say its slightly costly but worth it. Other networks like Idea is quite cheap but do not provide service quality as airtel does.

hello,presently i m staying in south Delhi and using RELIANCE JIO carrier.It has very good net speed and with  affordable price.sometimes there is network problem but it is bearable.Data limit is also very good.All in all a fair data plan with unlimited talktime @just 399 for 3 months validity.No any complaint regarding customer service.

plans are at reasonable & competitive cost here.

Call quality is very good i have never experienced call drop.

network  coverage is good in Banglore but, poor in remote areas. can be made better

data limit is too low and cost of plans is high as compared to new static in market,& Data speed is low and for 2g network its dream coming true for an page getting open.

customer service is very good they respond to queries and do site visit if needed

I like cost of plan of my Voice & Data Uses. it's very comparing with other network even with JIO. Network coverage is good in my area. But sometimes when I make journey in Metro I dont get signal. I am using unlimited Calling & 1GB per day Data. Its price is good. Internet Speed is good as I access with 3G. Good for me. Customer service is as good as Vodafone Network Frequency. 
Over all comparison with other networks, Yes No 1 for Calling Voice Uses, May be in no 2 for Data.

jio is a very good network, it has a good and intresting plans like free calls and plenty of internet data for low cost, i am using a 399 plan i which i get 1GB of data daily for 3 months, you can check its plan by going to their website www.jio.com,

-jio has a very good network coverage, even in rural areas

-data limit is, for rupees 399, 1gb per day, unlimited post 1gb at 128kbps

-data speed is 2 to 3 MB/s

-exceptionally great customer service than other operators,

-jio is the best network till date, which has left behind big players like airtel and vodafone in very less time,

i would highly recommend jio to everyone as it is cheap and reliable.
