Hi Myself Raju from bangalore. I have been using airtel and vodafone since years. Now a days the major problem that we face is network issue and being a metropolitan city like bangalore these telecom providers who pretend themselves to be the leaders service providers aren't able to provide better coverage with in the city limits. Customer service team is really pathetic who doesnt understand client exact issue and try to pretend as if they could resolve which never happens.

My name is Radhika. First network I used was Airtel. The data speed is quite normal. After Reliance jio was introduced with huge offers I switched over to jio. I had put data plan of Rs. 399 for 84 days. My area is Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district, TamilNadu  State. The data speed is good at starting. Nowadays at sometimes data speed is not satisfactory. My mobile is 3G. So for using jio for calling and internet I bought Jio modem. I need to make call using this modem only. In our area tower is good. So no problem when making calls. But in some areas that means village areas calling is not good. there is a tower problem. Call gets disconnected while making calls to village areas. So jio should steps to clear this problem. Customer service is good compared to Airtel.

Hi I'm from Chennai..I use jio network..399 plan ...earlier I was using Vodafone network..it had poor signal strength in our area..but after changing to jio the situation is much better and it is available at a nominal price..the only thing I dislike about jio is I could only use 1GB per day and after that speed reduces..it would have been better if they don't reduce the speed after 1GB but reduce the speed after the total 28GB.The call quality is good..I never had issues with data speed and quality till that 1GB usage..overall it is a very good network..it's boon for internet lovers

Any problem arise mean they will clear that with in short period.

  for me i m using reliance jio as a jio user i have something to tell about the performance first i will tell about the cost plan it is one of the best available all over india because jio offers unlimited call sms and internet for 84 days fot just 399. that is a big deal for me . network coverage is not too good compare to bsnl and vodafone still voice is clear .there is data speed limit after 1gb usage/day .since i m not using that much per day it is not a problem for me still today i didnot call the cusomer care .anyhow this sim is more good than other locally available providers

Am in Bangalore, karnataka , and my cellphone is Lenovo k3 note and am using idea 4g internet.

am very happy to say you idea 4g is better and faster network in india. now am using 404 plan for 80 days an dmy internet usage limit is 1 gd per day. I think this plan is very helpfull forme and i accepted this plan continuously

I Am misna  From calicut. I Am Using Vodafone As My Cellphone Carrier Its A Okay Network I Am Unsatisfied As I Recharge Of 349 And Get 1 Month Of Data+Voice Unlimited But In Jio On Recharge Of 399 I Get 3 Months Of Unlimited Voice+Data So For Just Extra 50rs I Get 2 Months Of Free Data And Voice.

Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region - I find my service provider is best, but need to come up with good plans with less tariff rate.

HI, I am Bhavik from Maharashtra (Mumbai). I use Vodafone as my cellphone carrier. The network coverage is excellent. .  i am a postpaid user and a plan of 349 rupees , which includes unlimited local calls , 10 GB 4G (+ 10 GB of extra data ) with data speed of around 3 Mbps ,100 SMS for 28 days . 

Service is the best telecom service . compare to vodafone Reliance jio gives better cost for offers , but the network for vodafone is the best even in basement or in my office.

Hi, this is Bharath from Coimbatore, India. I am using jio sim in my Samsung grand 4G set. I have put 366 plan and is good coverage area. quality call high speed net. The only thing I dislike is, it doesn't provide free sms service. If it takes action for this problem. It would be the best service provider.

Hi! I am Arun Bhandari from chandaigarh. I use JIO as my cell phone carrier these days which is being popular to every users. I am currently using plan of 399 rupees, which offers high speed 4G data upto 1 GB daily + unlimited (2G&3G) for 3 months.Voice call and sms or mms are free and unlimited for whole period of 3 months.

Call quality and network coverage is better in all major region of the country compared to all other cell phone carrier. It is best growing cell phone carries in India these days due to its generous services.

I am vishnu from chennai, though i have got a jio , i am still using airtel as my main service provider. though the  Cost of the plan is slightly higher, the network coverage and the data speed is extremely good. Even when i go to the basement of my office, i get a clear signal and a seamless internet connectivity. The only issue i have is about the data limit per day .. i dont actually like the data cap for day and night separately. 

Overall my experience with airtel and the customer support they provide is better than what i get with jio or any other carrier in my area.

My name is Rayees... Living in  Kerala .  My main mobile network carrier is Jio network now... It's 399 plan is very good ..  Unlimited call and 1Gb/day is very useful for me... network speed is good...

But main problem is its network coverage. .. poor network coverage in rest of the cities and town places..   I hope they will keep up better coverage  in future. ..

- Data limit - 1GB per day its more for daily usage. - Data speed - 4G LTE speed, - Customer service - Not Good But satisfying - Compare to other cell phone carriers I found my service provider is best, The data speed was so high and it worthly for the amount i recharged,and it is the best network india

Currently I am using jio sim.The jio performing is exceptionally well in my area.It's speed is very good.jio offers many great plans but 399 rupees plan for 3months is my best.when I was went to village for a function.there also jio provides a high speed internet connectivity.jio is very good in many aspects.but at peak hours it's speed slow down.but it's an excellent network.

Hi, I am Shubham from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh and am using Jio and what i like the most about it is its high quality calls and of course its cheap plans. However, sometimes problem in connectivity develops due to which my calls often diverts to someone else but i would admit that the quality is really amazing.The same is the case with internet, speed is okay. And their customer support service is best among others.

I would say its one of the best option in my area and others like Airtel and Vodafone are also okay but are a bit expensive. Its worth mentioning here that however their services are far better than that of Jio and they are much more reliable.

Hi my name is Kamakshi I am from Chennai Tamilnadu. I am using airtel and Jio. For my calls i use Airtel as the call clarity is good has good signal i topup for 100rs for 2 months it is suffient i make calls rarely. Internet costs are bit high in airtel. For internet purposes i use Jio as Rs 399 Plan it gives 1GB per day excellent speed the internet call quality is also good.the main drawback in Jio is it gets slow while we are in Travel that time i need to depend on airtel.

I am using Reliance jio and I completely satisfied with the benefits they provided except it works on VoLTE supported phones. There is no unlimited plans on data packs.

Hi.. I am from Cochin. Im using idea connection for past 4 months. from so far they provide the best service and best coverage(Almost all location). The plan which i uses is Rs.499+tax postpaid plan, which serves me better. Unlimited local calls and 1GB daily internet. As other carriers like jio provide much better plan than this, but they lack in coverage. Call and data speed is quite good with idea, getting a reliable 4G speed. so far customer service is also good.

I am sagar  from Varanasi.  I am using bsnl network.  Its Network quality is good.  Cost of the plan I am paying is  Rs. 399/- monthly for unlimited calling and getting 2GB data per day. Some time its data speed is slow. Call quality of bsnl is quite good. Customer service is also good they respond in best way. I am satisfied with the services.
