Hi Myself Raju from bangalore. I have been using airtel and vodafone since years. Now a days the major problem that we face is network issue and being a metropolitan city like bangalore these telecom providers who pretend themselves to be the leaders service providers aren't able to provide better coverage with in the city limits. Customer service team is really pathetic who doesnt understand client exact issue and try to pretend as if they could resolve which never happens.

My name is Radhika. First network I used was Airtel. The data speed is quite normal. After Reliance jio was introduced with huge offers I switched over to jio. I had put data plan of Rs. 399 for 84 days. My area is Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district, TamilNadu  State. The data speed is good at starting. Nowadays at sometimes data speed is not satisfactory. My mobile is 3G. So for using jio for calling and internet I bought Jio modem. I need to make call using this modem only. In our area tower is good. So no problem when making calls. But in some areas that means village areas calling is not good. there is a tower problem. Call gets disconnected while making calls to village areas. So jio should steps to clear this problem. Customer service is good compared to Airtel.

Hi I'm from Chennai..I use jio network..399 plan ...earlier I was using Vodafone network..it had poor signal strength in our area..but after changing to jio the situation is much better and it is available at a nominal price..the only thing I dislike about jio is I could only use 1GB per day and after that speed reduces..it would have been better if they don't reduce the speed after 1GB but reduce the speed after the total 28GB.The call quality is good..I never had issues with data speed and quality till that 1GB usage..overall it is a very good network..it's boon for internet lovers

Any problem arise mean they will clear that with in short period.

it is more reliable network.

it is very fastest network when compare to other.

Signal strength is super.

if you living in chennai, tamilnadu it is best to use.

Hi Myself rekha from coimbatore. I have been using aircel more than 5 years. Now a days the major problem that we face is internet speed during peak hour.rest everything is fine. call quality is normal.

Cost of the plan - currently 348 for 3 month
Network coverage- good in city.average while traveling
Data limit - 1GB daily high speed,unlimited 2G
Data speed - very good in the morning(10Mbps). worst in the evening                        (less than 1 Mbps)
Customer service -ok
Compare to other cell phone carriers in your region - nowadays all are  good because of competition

I am Chethan from Karnataka, I am using Jio as my cellphone carrier, it is my best network provider, its network coverage is very large because no towers are there all network from satellite so , then I liked the network speed awesome speed I love Jio network

I am Durgarao from Vijayawada , AP . I have been used Bsnl,airtel and Docomo Since years.The Cost of the plans are more higher. I am Using Jio from last 5months ,
Cost of the Plan - 509Rs
Network Coverage - better than all
Data Limit - 2GB / Day for 2 Months after 2GB , 128Kbps Unlimited
Data Speed - 15Mbps - 20 Mbps
Customer service - Very Nice
Compare to other cell phone carriers in My region Jio is better than all.

Hi, I'm posting from Delhi and my mobile phone carrier is Reliance JIO

- Cost of the plan I am paying Rs. 399/- monthly for unlimited calling & getting 1GB data per day.

- Network coverage - Good at my residence but average at Sector 68 Noida where I'm working

- Data limit - 1GB per day is sufficient for daily usage.

- Data speed - 4G speed, but reduces in Noida Sector 68 as the coverage isn't that good

- Customer service - Good

I talked to the customer care people at Jio and they have asked me to wait until the first week of November for resolution to the network issues at Sector 68 Noida.

Hey its jagmohan singh here.
i am using Idea and Jio in Delhi.

Idea's signal is fine but i found jio better.
Of course idea is expensive than jio.
call quality is almost the same.
Data speed is better with Idea and Jio is better at nights.
Idea has good customer service than jio.
Jio is so less expensive with good service and  signal strength.

i am looking forward to fully migrate to Jio.

Hellow guys, my name is Hrishikesh and i am using Reliance jio over a year and i am totally satisfied with the services they are giving,however  now a days they are making their packs little bit expensive by reducing the validIty period.

- the plan i am using is costing rupees 399 and here they are giving unlimited voice calls via VOLTE and messages along with fast 4g internet speed by 1GB per day. Till date i am not getting any call or network or internet speed issue but last validity period was 84 days for 399 but after new scheme that has been launched in 19 octocber ,2017 any prime user can get only 70 days of validity in 399,it is quite disappointing.

-i am living in Kolkata India and i am getting an average speed of 700/800 kbps.

-Customer care servise is good and the people who are working in this service knows how to treat customer.

-In comparision to other providers i like Jio most because according to me for Jio only we are getting such a awesome internet 4G packs in every service providers, though now a days every provider  some how giving same type of schemes the only difference is price of the pack and validity!!!

hi i am dolly from west bengal.i like my mobile carrier iam using airtel data network.it provide good network  as i m living in asansol i think the network is better in both urban and remote location.

Server cell phone carrier :airtel

m using 3g pack of 399 ,amazing,data speed and data coverage very good and data limit is the best one so far,finally i think the best part with airtel is its connectivity and network with a good data plan.

Hi! I'm Mandeep Singh from Ropar, Punjab. I use Jio network. The plan of Jio which I like the most is 399 rupees plan.So far my city is concerned it usually gives the speed of 1MB/S. Jio is continuously broadening its  coverage to villages and in my village Sarthali , It's very good. My data Limit Is 1GB per day for 3 months that's awesome. As if now I don't need any customer service of Jio because I don't have any issues with the connection or anything else. The speed of other cell carriers like Vodaphone and Airtel are somewhat similar to Jio but I like the speed of Jio too much which is invariably increasing day by day because in the morning it is too much , sometimes it goes to 5MB/S that is more than enough.
