It’s an amazing feature. All of us download videos and images on WhatsApp. We delete some videos and images. In previous version of WhatsApp we cannot re-download same file once we delete it from mobile videos collection. It also has some checkmarks like we can re-download only those videos which were not delete by sent person on WhatsApp , like I receive a video from my friend , I delete that video , now I can re-download that video if my friend does not delete it from our WhatsApp conversation.
So let’s start how it happens
Open your WhatsApp and suppose your friend sent you a video like this
Now download that video like this
Now go to home page of your mobile and open gallery like this
Now open WhatsApp videos folder like this
Now delete that video from your videos collection like this
Now again go to WhatsApp and open your conversation and you can see that there was again download option on that video.
If you don’t get it then refresh your WhatsApp and you will get re-download option.
